Marshimaro [Spring 2003]

This was a gift for a friend, he used to like doraemon alot, but marshimaro is his new favorite.

Doraemon [Summer 2002]

This was another bday gift for a doraemon fan, I forgot to take a pic before giving it to him. The model lost one of it's eye after awhile, i should probabbly help him fix it at some point.

Snowman [Summer 2002]

This was a gift for a friend, who's nickname is Snowman, he is really tall so i made the snowman extra tall too. ^___^

Batsu Maru [Summer 2002]

This was a belated birthday present for a friend who really likes Batsu Maru, Sanrio character whos a little mischief. Turned out quite nicely, though the eye was kinda hard to get right.

Hello Kitty [Spring 2002]

This was a birthday present for a Hello Kitty fanatic ^.^
I found 2 Hello Kitty models in my book collections, so I took a little here and there and made this.

Flower Basket [Summer 2001]

I saw a premade model similar to this in a chinatown store. This model is sort of the basic pineapple model inside out :p. I didn't remeber how the handel was like, so I just made it up, it looks some what like a heart shape.

Golden Chinese Dragon [Summer 2001]

I bought this kit from a store in chinatown, the direction was in korean (again). I had a hard time making the head and putting the different parts together, everything manage to stayes together with lots of glue. This is the best dragon model I have seen.

Love Swan [Spring 2002]

This was made by a friend for his girl friend for valentine's day. This is pretty much the same as the swan below, the the neck is slitly modified, and body turned out wider. I actlly like this one better. I helped him make it and so I get to post it here ^.~

Pineapple [Summer 2001]

My aunt taught me how to make pineapple when I was a little kid, we made one out of 500 pieces of 1c chinese bill. It didnt have this nice pattern and leaves. I made this one based on some images of real/fake pineapple I found using google. This was a gift for my pinapple loving friend.

Swan [Spring 1999]

I bought this kit from a store in chinatown, the direction was in korean, but I managed to make this based on the picture and some numbers. The neck is a little different then the original.

Birthday Ball [Fall 1998]

I didnt make this one, this was a birthday gift from a friend, my chinese name on one side, and 98' on the other. my mom broke it by accident onetime while cleaning the house, so i had to reconstruct it from memory.

Picture Frame [Spring 1998]

I had some left over pieces from a color ball (similar to birthday ball), so I made this.

My Modular Origami Models
